Grace ‘Jiji’ Gayle’s powerhouse voice and musical roots trace back to the West Toronto Church
of God, where she first found her footing as a young vocalist. She sharpened her craft and
deepened her knowledge in the prestigious Vocal Jazz Music Program at Humber College —
recognized as one of Canada’s top music institutions.
Over the years, Grace has become a trusted collaborator and standout talent, performing
alongside a wide range of acclaimed artists including Kim Burrell, Daniel Caesar, Jully Black,
Coleman Hell, Shan Vincent De Paul, the West Toronto Gospel Choir, and Londa Larmond
(EMI Gospel), among others.
Her dynamic stage presence has led her to share the spotlight with icons like Stevie Wonder,
Mariah Carey, Marianas Trench, Hezekiah Walker, Tye Tribbett, and The Clark Sisters.
Beyond the stage, Grace’s voice has graced film, television, and commercial projects, bringing
soul and depth to every medium. In 2021, she released her debut album Living, Loving,
Learning — a heartfelt reflection of her journey and sound. Today, she continues to inspire as a
member of the Juno Award-winning group Sharon Riley and Faith Chorale.
